NEPA Environmental Compliance
Beaver Creek Environmental (BCE) is experienced with all levels of NEPA compliance, from Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, to Categorical Exclusion documentation.
The BCE staff have over a decade of experience conducting environmental permitting and natural resources surveys throughout North Dakota and the broader Great Plains. The primary areas of expertise are in federal permitting including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Water, and the Endangered Species Act. Services includes wetland delineations, federal and state environmental review, sensitive and rare plant surveys, ecological/habitat quality evaluations, Dakota skipper occupancy surveys, and biological assessments.

Aquatic Resource Delineations
With certified wetland delineators, BCE can assist with field work and permitting of any wetland project.
Endangered Species Act Section 7
BCE can navigate all aspects of consultation with the USFWS, from informal consultation to incidental take permits.
Dakota Skipper Surveys
BCE staff have a permit from the USFWS to conduct presence/absence surveys for the threatened Dakota skipper and are experts in delineating and assessing Dakota skipper habitat.
Wildlife Surveys
From aerial eagle nest surveys, to avian point counts, to lek surveys, BCE wildlife biologists have experience in all manner of wildlife surveys.
Botanical Assessments
BCE botanists are seasoned field technicians, having worked on rare plant surveys and botanical assessments throughout the Great Plains and Minnesota Arrowhead region.
